Hallo Luna,
dein Rezept ist dem von Enie doch recht ähnlich. smile

Wenn Hefe bei deinem Rezept funzt, dann wird sie es beim anderen Rezept erst recht tun, denn da ist ja zumindest ein wenig Getreidemehl drin.

Als ich noch öfters mal Brot gebacken habe, hab ich gern mit Bio-Brotgewürz gearbeitet, da ist Fenchel, Anis, Kümmel und Koriander drin und hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt.
